Your information and how it is used

Information collected

Depending on the form, we collect the adult’s name and contact details, city or region, availability, proposal or interests, and the young person’s first name and age range and their relationship to the parent or guardian. Do not submit identity documents, medical information or sensitive details in free-text fields.

How information is used

Information is used to review your request, arrange follow-up and contact you. Current forms do not confirm enrolment. Young people’s information is not published on the website.

Storage and notifications

Requests are stored in a database hosted with the site on Cloudflare infrastructure. The page for reviewing requests is restricted to the site owner. When notifications are configured, request details are also emailed to the organization’s contact through Resend. Mentor applicants may receive an email acknowledgement.

Questions about your information

To request a correction, discuss deleting your request or ask about retention and access, email give@handemmanuel.org. Describe your request without attaching sensitive documents; we will explain the necessary steps.

Financial contributions

The site does not collect card details. The contribution page opens an email and does not complete a transaction. Never email bank or payment card details.
