Interested in supporting a young person? Tell us briefly about your experience, motivation, and availability. Our team will review applications and contact selected candidates about the screening process.
Session format
Mentorship sessions will take place online. In-person sessions may be arranged based on mentor and mentee availability, with parent or guardian agreement and the program’s safeguarding measures.
This initial application does not authorize contact with young people. Selected candidates must complete the program’s screening and safeguarding requirements before any match.
To protect young people’s privacy, please do not include their full name, address, or medical information in free-text fields.
